2. Permitted Use

You may use the Services for lawful creative, editorial, marketing, and personal projects, including image-to-video animation, visual storytelling, product presentations, and stylized motion design.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Services to create, request, upload, process, or distribute:

1. Sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or otherwise NSFW content.
2. Sexually suggestive content, including undressing, explicit fetish content, or provocative sexualized motion.
3. Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, unauthorized real-person likeness generation, identity manipulation, or other misleading likeness-based content.
4. Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
5. Harassing, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
6. Malware, abusive automation, prompt attacks, or attempts to disrupt, probe, or misuse the Services.

4. Enforcement

We may reject requests, remove content, suspend generation, throttle usage, restrict accounts, or terminate access if we detect content or behavior that violates this policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
